Who Actually Qualifies for the PG&E $7,500 Battery Rebate?

No. PG&E runs two separate backup power rebate programs, and they're easy to mix up. The $7,500 Permanent Battery Storage Rebate is for a whole-home battery like a Tesla Powerwall. The Generator & Battery Rebate Program is a much smaller rebate for portable devices, and it does not apply to a Powerwall at all.
